Who I am and Why this Work Exists??
My name is Grace and I’ve been teaching and learning in the spiritual community for the last 5 years.
I started in this work after battling with weight gain, isolation, severe anxiety and chronic depression which ultimately led me to a psychotic break (or spiritual awakening) where I was then and there introduced to high level energy healing and oracular work.
I meditated for 4 hours daily doing intense energy healing - which helped me heal my anxiety condition, lose weight and find community. It also grounded me in a capacity ti feel and know the unseen deeply.
However my physical body still struggled - I felt disconnected from myself and would struggle from time to time with overwhelming social anxiety and fear.
This is when I realized many spiritual women have been taught to avoid their bodies and instead live in their minds or spirituality. My body was hungry for connection. I started strength training and educating myself on Nervous System healing work, and nutrition there on out.
After doing that I gained massive inner trust, somatic regulation, I got my fertility back and met my husband.
These two modalities together changed everything for me.
I Created The Bridge because I saw too many intuitive women disconnected from their own somatic and spiritual truth - while being told they needed more tools, more fasting, and more healing circles.
You don’t.
What you actually need is inner trust, somatic regulation, and guidance to remember what your body already knows.
My role is not to lead you.
It’s to help you lead yourself again.

In my 1:1 containers I curate our journey together with you. It’s hands on, soul focused and deeply personalized. All of my clients needs and stories are unique. Together we’ll mastermind a plan to help you meet your body, heart, mind and souls needs, wants and end goals.

Our 1:1 calls are the bread and butter of our work together, this is where you’ll have private, and intensive access to me and my healing modalities. Once we create your passage plan and goal’s these calls are our check in points.

The work we’ll do together is deep and I take my clients evolution very seriously. In between our calls you’ll have a road map to follow - but you can also check in with me 5 days a week 9am - 5pm for insight, or to debrief.
