About Grace
Hey!
My name is Grace Crysdale, and I am a certified somatic facilitator, energy healer, spiritual science researcher, video producer, food lover and fitness enthusiast!
I specialize in somatic release, nervous system recalibration and advanced energy healing. My relatonship with my body has been a tumultuous one - emotionally, spiritually and physically. Which ultimately gave me the gift to understand and appreciate its intricacies, PLUS help me better understand the why's and how's of its funky intelligence for my clients - check my testimonials for more results...Though I’ve always been moved by my intuition into that of the unseen… I’m also drawn to the demystification of spirituality via the work of science, and tracking genuine results.
My wish is that in the future Creational Codes can house its own research facilities and funded labs to endorse the scientific recognition of spiritual work and its life changing effects!All my life I’ve been a problem solver, and professional yet uncertified therapist… What do I mean by that? People naturally let me in, and I’ve naturally always held space.
And for a long time that felt like a crutch. I developed severe social anxiety and felt overstimulated and overwhelmed by everything, but once I got to know my body and spirit on a deep level - I now know it's my magic. Creational Codes Coaching is POWERFUL because my love for life, ability to see the person and quickly solve problems places me in a position to help people see clearly, create solutions and then build the structure so follow through is a breeze. YUM.
